DJ,

I am utterly amazed at your continuing efforts towards twisting the meaning and substance of people's comments.

Let me spell it out clearly for you. Pugs has continuously referred to various individuals as being liars and paid shills for the RMIL "opposition", whoever they may be. He has stated this based solely upon conjecture and his own twisted conspiracy theories.

He has not once presented any evidence to substantiate his libelous claims. However, in my opinion, he has created a public perception that Mike Kugler is a paid employee of Dempsey Mork and continues to imply this, again based on no factual evidence.

DJ, this is defined as libel, slander, and defamation of character.
The fact that Pugs is signing people up for his class action suit against Principal is convincing evidence that many people have given credence to Pugs allegations and that damage is being done to Mike Kugler's reputation.

In my opinion, and I'm not a lawyer, Mike Kugler may have a plausible case for counter-suing Pugs based upon these libelous statements.

You know D*mn well that Pugs is attempting to distract attention from RMIL's misrepresentations. He appears bent on harassing Mike Kugler in order to focus attention on a gentleman who has posted information that has subsequently been substantiated by facts and corporate filings. If he hadn't posted this information, current or prospective RMIL shareholders would not have had this information available to them.

If Pugs wants to file a class action suit, he and others should expect that it will not go unanswered by damaged parties. I am not depriving Pugs of legal recourse. I am pointing out the consequences of filing frivolous lawsuits bent on preventing the practice of free speech. I advise people to think through very thoroughly just what they are signing up for.

Regards,

Ron
