OMG, I can' t believe anyone wrote what you just wrote. The markets go up based on the earnings of corporations. Corporate profits have soared since the Great Recession because wages normally go UP after recessions and haven't. Trump has nothing to do with the lack of wage growth and even if he did it wouldn't be someone anyone would brag about. Incompetent CEOs are taking money from the people who earn it (employees) and giving it to people who do not (investors).

It's this redistribution of wealth that has crippled wage growth, but it's not just since the GR, it's been going on for a very long time.
