There's no reason you should get a refund because your grandfather got a great deal on a citizenship. That's like whiny melanin-rich in USA wanting lots of lovely opm because some of them had a distant ancestor or two who were rescued from slavery in Africa and taken to USA to work and breed for their new owners who valued them much higher than their African owners in their horrible countries. Then when their owners changed the rules so their slavery was cancelled, they didn't even have to pay to get a citizenship. Jackpot. Now their useless greedy descendants want another jackpot. New Zealand is still in full retard mode with the prime minister even wanting to import murderous Moslem men from PNG where Australia sent them when they were intercepted trying to invade Australia. Canada should charge a head tax of about $2 million for a citizenship now. Not making refunds. Mqurice
