Black S. you have been discussing Retail pricing of connectivity You will need an enterprise connectivity up there.

You need to investigate with Rogers and other operators Enterprise departments what connectivity they could deliver for the mining operation.

They will look it up which technology they have around the area and will propose a solution.

This applies to mining too as countries have smarted up to the miners sucking the grid dry.
