Lisa.. if I had used "..sacrcasm," certainly my reply would have been more biting.

definition = Sarcasm, n. [F. sarcasme, L. sarcasmu, Gr. to tear flesh like dogs, to bite the lips in rage, to speak bitterly, to sneer, fr. , , flesh.] A keen, reproachful expression; a satirical remark uttered with some degree of scorn or contempt; a taunt; a gibe; a cutting jest.

I'll repeat that cycles are common in appreciation of the market beginning with measuring cycles of price velocity, amplitude and volume. Stochastics and other occilators show cycles in stocks as well as time distances and similar dates between and of events like October crashes. It is impossible not to recognize cycles, they are part of life, they are part of one's learning curve in the market.

Bruce Babcock's article here, is a similar testament to the learning curve, interesting: rb-trading.com
