yes, indubitably, but the $64M question is "when?"

my operating assumption is that we melt-up, for the last 20% of the overall ramp time (but i do not know when to consider as the start of the ramp (2008 or 2012 or 2017) and so have no feel for the end of ramp time - a disadvantage

knowing the last 20% of the ramp-time can involve the last 80% of ramp-value - tricky to play

and

then the unavoidable question, "is there one more QE-save post collapse?" - suspect "yes"

but it could be a long duration ultra-super ramp (criminal to miss out)
