>>Unfortunately Mr. Jenkin's letter to shareholders was not dated.
It obviously was recent.<<

Mark, I can see the board will have differences of opinion interpreting this letter. First of all, since he is speaking in regard to "only 30 days since the release of the CD-ROM, I believe we can assume the release date as Nov. 15 and therefore the date of the letter as approximately Dec.15.

>>My take on the above statement is that Tava is positioned to do
business in thier core business as a result of the CD-ROM with more
Than 30 new fortune 500 companies.
I find that "of this date, the company has closed a number of
contracts with Fortune 500 clients for multi-site engagements and expects more by the end of Dec." to be meaningful.<<

I think I will disagree with you here, although I am not exactly clear on what you are saying. First of all I would suspect they have not "closed contracts" with more than 30 new Fortune 500 companies in that one month period in their core business. It would seem much more likely to me that as a result of their CD distribution, they are in discussion with 30 new Fortune 500 companies, mostly regarding Y2K work and that they have closed perhaps a few of these contracts. Otherwise, why use the term "positioned?" The term "multi-site engagements also leads me to believe we are talking about Y2K work since I think it more likely a large number of companies would now be spending on Y2k multi-plant and putting other projects on the back burner.

Still, any way one interprets it, its great news!!
