Guys --Thanks for the thoughts on possible number softening.

--KE has continually said that he will not sacrifice creating a solid foundation to support long term growth by pumping short term numbers to give the stock a boost. Many longs here have groaned on reporting days because we saw where they could have given us a boost but didn't. If you're a true long, then I guess it just comes with the territory.

--Will the Street punish them if it looks like they can't move deferred revenues to the bottom line at some point? hmmmm....... suppose so, which is why I see it likely that they might increase R&D and/or choose to prepay some up-coming expenses. I think a Clik! ramp charge is possible.

--Taxes? always something that a shrewed management plays to their best advantage

--Also, while it is only fair to compare same Q numbers, too big a number for Q4 will have the bears howling about the inevitable fall off in Q1, even if Q1 98 maintains the growth curve over Q1 97.

---BRONCOS!!!
