That is the whole story. ZAPARA is not named in Morks suit number ED CV-97-300 in USDC, CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA and ZAPARA is a resident of CA. Also named in the charges of complaint is Scott Meyers. Reference paragraph number 14 on the mentioned complaint. 14. Defendant SCOTT MEYERS (hereinafter referred to as "MEYERS") is a resident of California. Unless you can post Mork vs Zapara court case number, your story sucks wind and you now it. Better get your facts straight. And he has been served in that suit. The charges are essentially the same. The suit you cite is the federal suit in which residents of a State outside California are named. Try to give us the whole story next time.
