it is not the aquisition that exactly that costs creaf by way of charges against earnings.. it is engulfing and trimming any pork, paying off any added debt and any cost overruns related to the aqc. that were unforeseen but perhaps boilerplate. like when you buy a house..the house looks good, you get a fair price, but.. lo and behold you need a few light bulbs,, a couple of electrical sockets are out and that wallpaper is horrible... all has to be taken care of.. creaf is a proactive company.. they will do the right thing and take all of the charges and get them under the bridge immediately.. btw down day today.. we closing friday @15 or 17.5... taxi
