BTW Pugs,I can respect EXSO for being honest with their investors, all their financials have been audited ,current and filed in a timely manner.. Just because a company is a BB,this doesn't give them a free hand in how they conduct they're business, they after all, are a public corporation..DD

Pugs, I got a response from Barry in reguards to the 300,000 share investor from last week.

UNBELIEVABLE!! What a small world it truly is! Mark McGivney has been
coldcalling me for the past month trying to get me to trade the currency
markets. I might give him a shot but my funds are tied up in equities. He
knows some of my major positions (ADVR,SNRS,PA,DURA,CDRD) and the other day
called and asked how I was doing with OVIS! I said "What, where did you get
that one from?" Then he told me he got me mixed up with some guy in Chicago
who happens to be an engineer and controls about 300K of RMIL with his
group. Sorry, would have been real nice if Mark was talking about another
group! Hope you guys pull this one off and it seems like you will unless
there are more shares out there than the company led you to believe. I got
to reading the RMIL thread last month when I checked SI personal profiles to
see what s martin was up to since he just disappeared from the ADVR thread
days before the price spiked from .17 to .35 last July. ADVR is in the midst
of a RegS and there is some heavy shorting each month prior to the release
of more conversion shares. As you know him and Kugler did their routine on
ADVR a while back and I find them on RMIL so I read and read and keep
reading the thread and am amazed at their repetitive patterns. I find it
hard to believe that they are just good Samaritans. A lot of my associates
that are well connected with ADVR are convinced s martin is tied to the
infamous George Chelekis who was sanctioned by the SEC and has some axes to
grind. Chelekis works mostly out of Canada so I wouldn't be surprised if he
was involved with some naked shorting. All said, I'm still tempted to pick
up some shares of RMIL at the open. Best Wishes and Good Luck!

Barry

Btw, what do you think of Mark McG. as a broker/currency trader? He seems
young but honest. What do you know about his firm? Have they been around
long? TIA
