Gandalf is officially bankrupt. I just received a letter in the mail confirming what we all thought a long while back. Gandalf will by paying $0.15-$0.25 on the dollar to unsecured creditors which means us shareholders get didly squat. As for when we can write it off, I'm writing it off on my 1998 taxes. Not sure whether we can apply for it to be used in 1997 unless you declared it in December. Let me know what you find out. Thanks.
