They have abused the system and the security apparatus to try to subvert our Democratic Presidential Election process. I suspected that was the case, but as the evidence comes out, I am shocked at the extreme abuses of power that we've seen from not just Obama, but within the FBI, CIA, and DOJ, as well as within the DNC and with Hillary and her campaign staff. It's like something I would have only believed you'd see in Putin's Russia, but it's happening here in the US. Even China is now making fun of our system, calling it "flawed" and "chaotic". There is no question in my mind that we are now a declining country. Our peak was maybe right prior to 9/11/2001. When the history books are written about the fall of the US, they will say that 9/11 marked our peak, although the elements of our decline were all in place prior to then. The rest has been all downhill. The only thing that surprises me is the stunning speed at which everything is falling apart and the lengths those in power will go to lie about the rottenness at the core of both our economy and our political processes. The thing that makes me most fearful is that even an old and declining lion can still kill its enemies and those who would replace him. China and Russia, as well as Iran and North Korea, are getting bolder, but if they think they can overcome us, they will find out that even in our decline, we can still win wars, though it will destroy humanity in the process. The most dangerous periods of time are when upcoming countries make the mistake to take on a declining superpower. That's when world wars start and destroy millions of people. That is why I worry now more than ever before in my lifetime.
