Fascinating story. I'm really enjoying it so far, but it needs some more work. You should try to give it a little more credibility by providing some believable, life-like details. Make something up about: 1. Who at your imaginary workplace would actually have compiled a list of 60 of your co-workers identified as black women, 2. Why would that person compile such a list, and 3. How did you just happen to learn how all 60 of the people on that list voted.
