John, I was under the impression that Occidental had hired their own private security,in addition to the Columbian forces protecting the pipeline as well as their facilities?..DD
PS: this security doesn't come cheap..

I agree, John. As far as I am concerned, its the "Asian Flu" that
may make HEC even more attractive for the time being.
Most of the guerilla activity is in other areas, and right now we're just trying to find some grease to sell. Delivery problems can be addressed when there is something to deliver.
Its similar to the "price of oil problem".
