elmat- this thread is a wealth of information precisely because the participants are of such diverse backgrounds. they're multicultural and globally positioned in their observations. that's a rare gift on SI. it helps readers gain a global perspective. it's good to take US partisan political and religious type discussions elsewhere. plenty of threads for that. just sayin'... -lurking person
