Greetings All:

I have a couple of questions.

Question #1:

The company fills out the 10Q's and the 10K. They give them to the auditing firm. This firm does the auditing. Does this firm then (1) send audited copies to the SEC and the company. Or does the firm (2) send an audited copy to the company which then forwards a copy to the SEC?

Question #2:

We are looking for the "audited financials." What are these?

1. The 10Q's and 10K first filled out by the company which will the be audited?
2. The 10Q's and 10K announced by the auditing comapny?
3. The 10Q's and 10K announced by the company after they get them back from the auditing firm?
4. The 10Q's and 10K as posted on the web after the SEC gets them?

Question #3:

Does the 10K matter right now? Or are the 10Q's the important documents right now (the 10K being just the accumulation of the 10Q's)?

Any info about the above questions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
