Yes, it is part of one of their patented PR campaigns that they want to use to discredit Mueller and get the "public" to demand he be fired. Some of those PR campaigns have been very successful; witness, the Iraq war of 2002-3. And of course the campaign against HRC, which was so successful that not only was she not elected but many of Trump's supporters still believe that she should be either dead due to her alleged poor health or, failing that, behind bars for her alleged criminal acts. They still can't believe Trump and his gang are the criminals, not Clinton. As the saying goes, it is easier to deceive someone than it is to convince them that they have been deceived.
