I noticed that many of the channels now on USSB (e.g., MTV, VH1, Nick, etc.) are moving to Direct TV in March. It appears that USSB is starting to merge their opperations with Direct TV. I believe Dish currently has an advantage of one stop shopping for programming. If Direct TV and USSB merges, it may slow down Dish's growth.

Did you hear any talk about Video On Demand at the
Consumer Electronics show, Robert? Ultimately, 18"
Satellite providers will be able to offer ANY movie
on demand. And fiber optics benefit 18" providers as
well as cable companies, too. Primestar announced today
that they can equip a 300-unit apartment complex with
one small dish using fiber optics. Movies (and Music)
on demand will be huge sources of revenue. With DirecTV
valued at 20-30 times as high as Echostar, I'll keep my
DISH shares, Thank you!
