But this is how little they think of the American people. I wish I could say it’s shocking. But, really, it isn’t. The Democrat Party possesses zero self-awareness. And in a way, I think this is all manner of fun. They really do think they are winning. Why else would Crumbs Pelosi treat her caucus to such a sumptuous, expensive meal? But reality is so far from the Democrats’ fantasy. In fact, just this morning, I saw this headline at the New York Post: Dems vow to block latest plan to end shutdown. Try as they might to lay the blame for this shutdown at the feet of the President, it’s the Democrats themselves who keep blowing a hole in that narrative. So go ahead, you out of touch elitists.
