In Arkansas (or OK) you can live on next to nothing.


I can't believe how cheap it is down that way...but, I'd have to paid bigly to live there again.

My Mom bought a nice little brand new house in Owasso, OK about 12 years ago for $104k. And today..... it's worth $104k.
