INDEX UPDATE
-----------------------------

Previously, I had indicated that HK, SPORE, & MALAYSIA were CLASS 1 BUYS today (now), and that the reversal should start today.

HK is now positive for the day and rising, but few will notice that if it was to close right here. HK gapped down 680 points at the open, and opened at 8214 and got as low, so far as 8058. It is now positive for the day slightly, at this moment. For the candlestickers - this is one of the largest RAINDROP I have ever seen - WOW. RAINDROP(gapping down) normally leads to the MORNING STAR, which is probably the strongest reversal signals. IF HK closes here, the media will definitely deplict it not as a positive day but one of the worse negative days in history. We will probably have a lower opening unless HK fills the gap now.

Korea is up

Japan also gapped down, probably influenced by HK. If Japan closes postive for the day, and better if it closes positive compared to previous day's close, that would confirm Japan's reversal.

As of right now, we should have a down opening, but few will realise that HK started its reversal.

If the DOW is down, I will be buying HK calls. Keep in mind that HK trades on the AMEX even though HK is closed, so there could be an advantage since the premiums could drop as the DOW drops.

As I indicated in an earlier note, if the DOW is down in the morning and the Asian is down(as compared to previous day's close not same day performance), I will be waiting for the afternoon to get in.

JT,

Hong Kong broke 8000 mark to 7966 at 10:30 our time - down 2% in 20 minutes.
Now it is gyrate between 8035 & 8000 - wild.
