Ryan was denounced by the Catholic Church after he said his budgets were based on his Catholic religion. He then said all the bishops didn't disagree with him to which all the bishops sent him a letter saying he did not represent them or the Catholic Church and they demanded that he stop lying.That was followed by the "nuns on a bus" who went to Washington to talk some sense into republicans who ran away from them and hid.
