I was completely wrong several years ago when I concluded medical marijuana is just an end around the law. I do think it is therapeutically better for mild pain than opiates.

yes, it is very good medicine. My neighbor I mentioned, he gets absolutely zero high out of that weed, purely numbs the pain.

I absolutely hate the after effects of painkillers, so I avoid them. Thankfully I don't have any major pain issues...
