I show the S&P 500 cash closing at 927.69

I am too dumb to know how to calculate fair value. I let the pro's do that for me.

Here is a description of how to calculate fair value
cme.com

I don't know where fair value is but I know if the S&P futures are down 2 points they are trading even with the cash. That jives with your post which showed the S&P March contract closing 2 points above the cash on Friday.

My guess is we need to see a rise of around 6 points on the futures tonight just to have a neutral opening.

If the futures are lower than a negative 2 we start trading at a discount to cash which is not good.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help but I'm not at the level in my investing career where I deal with futures........yet!

BTW, Hong Kong now down almost 1000 points and at the low for the day
