Ellen, not sure what you are looking for, if you give me further direction I will see what I can do. The Red Cross is an excellent starting point for learning about International Organizations, as they are often the leaders in most countries they serve.

I have lived abroad for 5 years in various countries and the red cross
works with everyone. Does this help you? If not, I will search for any specific request.
