Mike, Mork filed for bankruptcy in '93 You said Zapara was named in another suit other than the "FEDERAL CASE".....I don't know of a FEDERAL CASE! Follow me.....Magellan put out a press release stating Zapara was named in a suit filed in the SUPERIOR COURT of CALIF....you following me?.....YOU SAID, that Zapara was named in a case filed in Calif.? Is this a different case than the one filed in the SUPERIOR COURT of Calif., and where did you hear about a FEDERAL CASE. You pride yourself on your DD and your honesty, I'm sure you'll respond to the direct questioning. Pugs
