Honestly it could work better for the US than Canada.. US folks are much more insular and less prone to travel.. They do not need to go ex country in winter.. Also the US has the warmer growing climate we do not have.. Canadians love to whine we need a low loonie to compete.. Wait for the influx of foreign real estate buyers in the US to cause alarm as they did last time :))
