She released the transcripts because it was the right thing to do and she had figured it out.

Still sharp.

The top three things researchers say helps prevent age related dementia, is exercise, anti oxidants and new information; and some possibly pot.

I just saw an interview with a researcher into dementia, what was most surprising was a question about crossword puzzles for mental exercise and she said, no. Because crossword puzzles are not new information, they are old information.

I would guess travel is one of the best things.

Did Feinstein release the transcripts cuz she's getting senile? Maybe she had one too many glasses of that good Mendocino wine over the course of her life-time?
