They are citizens of the country of their birth mother. If they don't already know that language they should learn it but they were probably taught it by their parents or in schools that you and I paid for.

believe me they all know their language, that's the only language their parents' speak and there's way more then 800k

The dreamers were brought here as kids. They don't know any other culture or how to survive in it. Many don't even know the language.

Maybe their parents should have thought about that for a few minutes. That was a nasty and SELFISH trick to play on their kids.

Sometimes basic human decency should apply.
