Ron-Two warrants + $9.06 buys 1 common share.At today's warrant price
you could purchase a common share for $17.81,a premium of $1.125
above today's closing price.
Lets compare this to Nam Tai where 1 warrant + $20.40 or $23.52 buys
1 share of Ntaif's common.That represents a premium of $8.65 above
Nam Tai's closing price of $14 7/8.
Although the Deswell warrants expire in July of 2000 and the Ntaif
warrants expire in November of 2000 it seems to me that the Ntaif
warrants are overpriced.
I could not resist buying the Deswell warrants at $4 or less.
