It appears that Kugler is keeping his RMIL files and conducting all in calls from his present employer, Principal Financial Securities office space. These actions may bring his employer directly into the picture. As all information Kugler claims he is gathering is while he is being paid by his employer, and thus they are the legal owners of the information gathered. Granted Kugler may be posting messages on the internet while he off the PFS properties, but the files and records he is collecting on RMIL while he is being paid as an employee of PFS... Something to think about!
