II. Banque Edouard Constant
They are members of the SWX (Swiss Exchange). SWX is backed by 58 domestic and foreign member banks. They guarantee an international environment and strengthen Switzerland's financial centre with their high placing power. Check out swx.ch. They seem to work with alot of exchanges - small excerpt here:

SWX works in partnership with the following exchanges:

Eurex

SOFFEX (the Swiss Options and Financial Futures Exchange) and DTB (Deutsche Terminb”rse, the German Futures and Options Exchange) are to merge under the roof of EUREX (EURopean EXchange) by mid-1998. This will give rise to the first transnational trading and clearing platform.

Deutsche B”rse

SWX and Deutsche B”rse entered into a strategic alliance in summer 1997, in order to pool their derivative markets (SOFFEX and DTB) in EUREX. They are also cooperating in the launch of a new family of European stock indices.

SBF - Paris Bourse

SWX and Deutsche B”rse are cooperating with SBF - Paris Bourse through their joint subsidiary EUREX, in order to network the technological platforms of their derivative markets and thus create a common market for derivative products. In addition, the three
exchanges are cooperating in the launch of a new family of European stock indices.

CBOE

CBOE (the Chicago Board Options Exchange) is the world's largest options exchange. SWX is currently developing a joint electronic system with CBOE and OCC for the trading and settlement of standardized derivative products.

OCC

OCC (the Options Clearing Corporation, Chicago) is the world's biggest clearing house. SWX is currently developing a joint electronic system with OCC and CBOE for the trading and settlement of standardized derivative products.
Memberships SWX has memberships in the following stock exchange associations:

FIBV

FIBV (F‚d‚ration Internationale des Bourses de Valeurs) supports and promotes regulated securities exchanges worldwide, in order that they can meet the growing requirements of transnational capital markets and their users. FIBV intends to further the cause of self-regulation by stock exchanges, particularly in the emerging markets, through
internationally harmonized standards for capital raising, trading and clearing.

FESE

FESE (the Federation of European Stock Exchanges) is an association of national bourses in the European economic area, including Switzerland. It promotes cooperation between its members in the fields of trading, settlement and regulation, represents them at the institutions of the European Union and thus contributes to the process of integrating European capital markets.

ECOFEX

The umbrella organization of European derivative markets, ECOFEX (the European Committee of Options and Futures Exchanges), was founded as a forum for cooperation and discussion and now has 26 members in 14 countries. It is concerned with improving and standardizing regulations, technology and clearing, as well as with the effects of economic and monetary union on derivative markets.
