This is the weekly look at the SOXM stocks and major indices in terms of actual and percent change in table and chart formats.

I never thought I would see the day where INTC made over a +10% gain. This performance led to a +11.7% gain for the week, far out distancing any other stock in the list. Looking at the bottom line, Friday's gain "wiped out" the rather big losses of Wednesday and Thursday leaving a weekly total of 7.7 to keep the upward weekly trends intact.

Note the major indices were up about double compared to the semis. The Nasdaq was up the most at +2.3%, the DOW and the S&P-500 were next, and the semis were all a long way back. A rather complete disconnect between the technical composition of the Nasdaq and the semi sector. AMAT, KLAC, LRCX, and XLNX all finished in the red. Twelve stocks finished in the green, the remaining 16 finished in the red.
