There are degrees of influence.
You influence your family. Close circle of friends with whom you interact and the people with whom you do business with.
That because you are a physical person whose profession is not to influence people. A professor at a HK university has much influence and persuasion power than you owing to his profession.

Peter Guy from SCMP has a wider influence power.

The HK lawmakers more so.

I a very basic level, for you, influence is like ripples on a pond. The bigger the impact the stronger the ripples and the farther they reach.

The more you influence, the more susceptible to counter reactions to your influence. That because you expose yourself to a wider audience.

Am a influence? Of course I am. I wrote to people on my network. How can I prove I influence?
You are invested in Tencent.
