The wording indicates that they will not have another offering for 90 days or unless the stock price rises above$13/share. So its possible that they could do another raise in the near future.

If I remember correctly, when they did the last round of financing, share price dipped under the offered price and one could have bought it cheaper then the offering for couple of days.. But offering was closed without any adjustment and share price moved up.. So I guess all depends when this one is closed.. Original news release talked about Friday, 26th so let's see.. With such a big amount, my take is, it is all spoken for in some fashion.. Next week should be interesting..
