I'm beginning to agree with you. Vivus looks like it is now broken and still has a lot of room to the downside. I still don't think it's as spectacular a short as ZONA, but I must admit, the company is not worth anywhere near its $350 million market cap. We still have the problem that they do have a real product and there may still be a little life left in the ED mania; however, I think that enough information is publicly available now to prevent any wild speculative advances like last year. The market for muse is obviously very small, and will quickly become obsoleted. I think it is a safe short, and I will open a position tomorrow on any upticks.
