Standard & Poor's buys moral hazard:

From a Reuters story on possible Korean ratings upgrade:

"The rating agency added, ''Over time, Korea's ratings could be restored to investment-grade with the continued implementation of structural reforms and with more decisive steps than have been taken to date to lower the risk of moral hazard in the economy.''"

I wonder what their thinking was last year, when the first big South Korean companies started to go bankrupt?
