There must be, then, an undisclosed lawsuit going after those shares. Is that what you're saying? And as far as your personal comments regarding me are concerned, why don't you simply do what the Pack did to the Niner's running game and...........stuff it.

It doesn't say that in the 8K and if you call the company you will find that they haven't. Correction. If you call the company, you will be told that they haven't. While I consider calling a company to be an important step in DD, I certainly don't think they should be the only source of information. Relying solely on the company for information would be like a cop asking a murder suspect if he did it, being told that he didn't, and letting him go without asking any of the witnesses.
