<Kugler wrong again. Pugs excellent DD found that you and Smartin were a dual team trying to tank KNIC during its short squeeze just like you are doing here.>

I think I posted on the KNIC thread a couple of times And those posts had very little, if anything to do with KNIC. Do your homework first.

Of course, you can believe everything Pugs says (wink).

You never care to post anything positive about this company such as the fact that we shareholders are no longer receiving our paid for certificates

My initial reaction would be that he's only reporting negative because he's only found negative, which would be the company's fault; not his.

But I'd like to direct a question to Mike.

I have no idea what to make of shareholders being unable to receive their certs. At face value, this would tell me there's a sizable short position, but I have to consider the possibility it's something else. Especially since, if this were a "smoking gun", I'd expect the company to have put out a press release to that effect.

Mike, what are the possible reasons some shareholders are unable to get their certs? Of those reasons, which do you think are the most likely correct ones? If those folks wanted to sell, could they?
