Yeah, once a week makes sense... very understandable to weight every day to see what foods are weight gain triggers although I've been able to tell what foods are weight gain triggers just by feeling bloated the next day or just within hours... I avoid those food like the plague, and in fact I've actually lost my taste for them... one of those foods is pasta, I have absolutely no interest in eating pasta, to me pasta is not even a real food anymore, pasta is really nothing more than a way to eat the sauce because pasta itself has no taste... there are other foods, but the list is lengthy...

If you like having pancakes for breakfast, I came up with a great recipe with no flour in it, I tried it yesterday for the first time, it was so delicious that I made it again today...

Ingredients for each pancake

1 banana
1 egg

Put the egg into a mixing bowl and scramble the egg

Peel the banana and place into the microwave for one full minute

With a fork, mash the banana into a mush and then add to the mixed egg...

Mix very well with a whisk until it has a smooth consistency just like pancake batter...

You can sweeten it with some agave or some honey, or just cook as it is...

Butter the pan and pour the mixture into the pan and cook just like you would a pancake...

I use 2 bananas and 2 eggs, it's very filling and very low calorie, and also very delicious...
