Seriously I don't doubt that there have been delays and snafu's involved in your cert requests, after all the TA resigned and there was a delay in getting a new one. Some brokerages probably don't respond as quickly as they could, especially to some customers and also, I know that sometimes when people call and act belligerent, their work is shuffled to the bottom of the pile. I just don't think their is a conspiracy or that it indicates a large short position. JMHO
