This is not true. It is my feelings that Mr. Kugler has posted this with the intent to shake shares, Dempsey Mork is an admitted shortseller of RMIL. Mr. Kugler also posted that Mike Zapara was named in a seperate suit filed in Calif., a case seperate from the one announced by Magellan, Morks co.. Magellan claims Zapara was named in a suit Mork brought to the superior court of Calif., he wasn't. Kugler claims there is another case filed in California for California residents. This is also untrue, and, IMO, devised to shake shares. I hope the SEC will look into this matter. Mr. Kugler is a broker, IMO, attempting to tank RMIL.
