maaad, sure, I guess a pullback to $1.50 (as I wish for) would be a negative based on price, but tell me: Isnt QDEK the same company now as it was a few weeks ago when it sold for $1.20? Sure it is, the only thing that changed was the price of the stock. However, Im more than willing to give up short-term upward price movement for the chance to accumulate more shares at low prices. I think the old QDEK vine has now been pruned and will bear fruit once again.

Regarding your attempts to get your brokerage to pay you interest on your equity holdings, that will never happen. Their are laws, or atleast assurances from SIPC and etc., that safeguard your holdings (though not the price of your holdings). In other words, these laws will prevent you from getting a letter from you brokerage stating something like this "dear maaad, we hope you enjoyed the 3% interest we payed you on your stock while it lasted, but it will no longer continue. We had used your stock as collateral in our derivative department. Unfortunately our analyist guessed wrong and we had to turn over your securities. You no longer own anything."
