AlLe, Thanks for bringing up the proposition system in California. It has worked quite well in my estimation. Sure, we have all those petitions to sign outside the grocery store but aside from going out and voting on the issues, the strain on my time resources is minimal. I would argue that for any clumsiness in implementation it may entail, we gain in progressive governance. Still, like you, my vote is for the current system which allows for states to adopt a system such as California's. But, enough about California. Let's get back to Asia, shall we? Mark
