Scrapps - I had to visit a customer's office to do some work Saturday afternoon, about 20 miles away. When I was done in the evening, I was surprised to see the 3-4" of snow that had accumulated, and more falling. Had fun driving home - wasn't plowed yet. Wasn't too bad really..I actually enjoy driving in snow.

That's too bad your kids have never seen snow fall...It drives kids crazy around these parts, because one winter we'll get a good snow which lasts a few days, then the next winter often passes without more than you got in 1962.

Just for the fun of it, check out the Intellicast weather forecast from Friday (date at bottom), which I just pulled off their web page - note that it started snowing here Saturday at 4:00PM, and didn't stop until the seven inches we have so far had accumulated. I don't think the temp got over freezing today (Sunday). Oh yes, and in the gorge, visibility has dropped to two feet due to blowing snow, hampering the removal of the hundred-odd abandoned cars.
