Movit Media - a dormant shell.

Last quote: $.15 per share; trading currently halted.

Sedar filings: sedar.com

$15,403 in cash at September 30, 2017.

From the press release:

Assuming that the Offering raises gross proceeds of $50.0 million, Movit will issue in the aggregate approximately 22.2 million post-consolidation Movit Shares in connection with the Transaction resulting in approximately 23 million post-consolidation Movit Shares issued and outstanding immediately after the closing of the Transaction.

globenewswire.com

A nice windfall for the current shareholders of Movit Media. When trading resumes, the $2.50 pricing of the private placement will soon be a distant memory.

Etherium is incredibly innovative. Think a distributed version of Amazon AWS. The platform is Turing-complete. Anyone can build their block-chain application or currency on top of it. Ether is the gas. Transactions are inexpensive and fast. I'd park some money in ETH.

I made a side-bet yesterday and bought some AMD before earnings. I think the shovel-makers will do well in this revolution as well.
