We don't have and never had in my lifetime a free market in health care. We agree on the problem, but not the solution. Socialism and cronyism is causing the problems in health care. More of the same will not solve those problems. We need a refocus on individual freedom and pricing transparency, coupled with cross-state and cross-border free market rules to stabilize the industry and encourage private innovation, which is long overdue. Bezos, Buffet, and Dimon are ones to watch to see how much progress they can make, despite the byzantine and cumbersome health laws in place today that stifle any competition. If they can't do it, no one can.
