next months rollout of SGI/A/W's Maya software should be an event singular in the history of marketing. A/W had repackaged the Wavefront software, and expect the Alias users doing entertainment work to migrate. it's a challange on the scale of getting fundamentalist christians to embrace being gay marxist-taoists.

UCLA has a great basketball tradition. Westwood's a lot of fun. Sorry you have to get by on low-end stuff and hand-outs. Remember you're just the Southern California extension of Berkeley.

And Berkeley sucks.

I think SGI has heard all this, next quarter or two will tell if they have listened.
