I don't recall President Obama using that line even once. I've seen it since then but it had nothing to do with why I voted for him twice. He fixed the US economy, something Bush's party refused to do and McCain couldn't a majority of his party to do. Only Senator Obama was able to get other Democrats to vote for TARP and that's why he became the next president.
